Madhouse Designs LLC will bring this up in an email if there is an issue with stock!

ALL SIZING IS UNISEX!

All products are Bella Canvas brand unless otherwise noted.

Sizing for 4x and 5x are only available in limited colors. 

Tee Shirts, Long Sleeves, and Crew Neck Sweaters are Bella Canvas brand.

Gildan is available upon request for those who prefer that brand.

Polyester Tees will be Badger, or A4 brand depending on stock.

Polyester hoodies are Sport Tek Brand.

COLORS AND DESIGNS MAY VARY IN COLOR FROM THE MOCK IMAGES.

ALL ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER.

No items are readily available unless otherwise noted.

All items are created when materials arrive after ordering.

Please allow 3 weeks for items to be completed.

Blank materials are ordered every 2nd and 4th Wednesday.

Payments are always due by the order cutoff date and time posted in the Facebook Group.

All items are available for FREE porch pick up from our Lima home. 

Madhouse Designs LLC is also able to deliver items to Delphos where Jessica works at no cost during limited hours and locations.

Shipping is available on all items for an adidtional fee.

All items ship through USPS with a lebel printed from PirateShip.

Madhouse Designs LLC does NOT do local delivery. If a meeting time and place is not able to happen or porch pick up is not local enough for you, please select the option to ship to your home! 

Madhouse Designs LLC does NOT accept returns or exchanges on items. 

Buyer is responsible for all sizing (UNISEX).

However, if an item arrives defective, Madhouse Designs LLC will replace this. This includes misspelled words, garment holes that have been missed during inspection that happen in 2 typical locations, or if the vinyl is defective. 

Customer will be responsible for getting the approved returns back to Madhouse Designs LLC.

All of the designs are copyright to Madhouse Designs LLC. Please do not send any images to another person/business to make at a lesser cost. 

Use of Madhouse Designs LLC's designs and images without permission will result in legal actions.

Madhouse Designs LLC. does NOT sell trademarked items. This includes Disney, nfl, college sports, etc. Madhouse Designs LLC. do not have the license to sell THEIR products .

As a last request, please do not send Madhouse Designs LLC photos of another persons work to create for you. They have also spent a lot of time creating and designing. 

Madhouse Designs LLC. will disclose any information on designs created by another business in the item description. (Etsy purchases from small businesses)

All items are made in a home that loves their animals!

If you have cat or dog allergies, please wash the items immediately as our fur friends love to leave their beautiful fur on things!

Home is also filled with a beautiful fragrence of candles, if you have an allergy to fragrence, it may have absorbed into the materials while they are being created! 

Items are not pre washed.

All items are made in a smoke FREE home.

Wash on a cool/warm setting.

Hang dry or use a low/med heat.

Avoid using liquid softener/bleach products this can impact the vinyl life span.
